Delivery within Australia
- Goods will be delivered within 3-5 business days in all capital cities and most regional centres.
- Other remote areas will be delivered the following day (very remote locations may take longer).
Delivery is via express post.
- Loss or damage is very rare.
- When it does happen the order is replaced at our expense. All that we ask is that you keep the damaged
item/s and packaging and either mark it “return to sender” and take them to your nearest post office.

Goods will be delivered within 7-14 business days, to the following locations; Asia Pacific, United Kingdom,
Europe and USA. Other areas will depend on location.
Delivery is via International Australia Registered Air Mail Post. All parcels are in a padded satchel. Satchels are
registered and must be signed for at delivery address. Loss or damage is very rare. When it does happen the order
is replaced at our expense. All that we ask is that you keep the damaged item/s and packaging and either mark it

Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you receive, they can be exchanged for a store credit.
Items must be unworn/unused and returned within 30 days of delivery.
How to make a return
Step 1
Contact us to get a return authority number info@tkxisurf.com
Step 2
Exchanges.
Return the items to be exchanged, mark the parcel with authority number and include a self
addressed. Prepaid satchel for your new items to be returned in.
Damaged/faulty items.
The occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare indeed.
Should it occur we will work out the best possible solution on a case by case basis.
